Certain features require an appropriate SIM with a suitable data contract which will require further subscription after the initial term advised by your Retailer. Mobile network connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations. Information and images displayed in relation to the InControl technology, including screens or sequences, are subject to software updates, version control and other system/visual changes depending on options selected. This is a very dynamic situation, and as a result imagery used within the website at present may not fully reflect current specifications for features, options, trim and colour schemes. Please consult your Retailer who will be able to confirm any current restrictions with you in order to allow an informed choice

Due to telecoms license restrictions all telematics features are CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE for cars supplied via Gibraltar. This affects options such as:
- InControl Apps, Traffic Sign Recognition
- Adaptive Speed Limiter
Please note that these restrictions apply even if the configurator shows that the option is available.

Jaguar Land Rover is required by EU law to collect and disclose certain data relating to vehicles registered on or after 1 January 2021. The vehicle VIN along with the fuel and energy consumption data is required to be shared with the European Commission as part of EU Regulation 2021/392. Data being shared is related to fuel consumed, for PHEVs electric energy data and distance travelled. For more information please refer to the regulation published on the EU web site. You can opt-out of your specific vehicle data being shared with the Commission, notification to opt out is required before the end of March to guarantee exclusion.
